COVID-19: HOW WE’RE KEEPING CUSTOMERS SAFE DURING THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
To the Nissan of Salem Dealership “family” of employees, customers, and vendors:
We recognize you may have concerns or hesitations about traveling, communicating, and transacting business due to the latest news and information about COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
On behalf of our dealership, we’d like to share with you some of the steps we’re taking to assist our “family” during these uncertain times.
In addition to practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facility, we have:
Additional cleaning procedures in all areas of the Dealership, including increasing the frequency of these cleaning routines, with bleach (as recommended by the CDC), with an emphasis on all high-touch areas.
Placing hand sanitizers in key areas around the property, including our showroom, service department, bathrooms, and all lounges and offices.
Educating our employees on the steps they should be taking to keep themselves safe and healthy, including the expectation to stay home if they don’t feel well for any reason.
Rigorous process to clean and sanitize all Dealership and customer vehicles, including when the vehicles arrive and when they’re returned to the customer, to ensure a safe and anxiety-free experience.
With that said, we would like to offer all our “family” members the opportunity to get their vehicle cleaned and sanitized—FREE—while we provide an overall inspection of your vehicle.
