Nissan goes out of their way to do their VERY best, to provide their very best service! They are always listening to my needs, and when I feel something strange is going on they are willing to look into it no matter how insignificant it may be! I am an extremely loyal customer who heavily relies on my car and the service department is AMAZING at keeping me on the road!
My check engine light came on and after having AutoZone use their code reader it came up as a transmission sensor error I took it to the dealership to have it checked out. They quickly scheduled an appointment to determine if there was actually a problem. After dropping off my car they provided a ride home while they tested my car. After testing they determined that there was nothing wrong except the battery in my fob needed replacing ( the only thing they charged me for ). Fearing the worst they allayed my fears and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction.
The salesman was extremely professional and friendly. He was in tune with my desires and needs for a specific vehicle and ensured I was able to be placed in the right one. The staff was great to work with and I will continue to do business with them.
Nissan of Salem was great and they treated me right. James was fantastic. He was courteous and respectful. His priority was to help me and he bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met. He was not one of those pushy salesmen. He took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. When we couldn’t finish the deal that day, he kept in touch with me and even brought the car out to my home. James is definitely 5 gold stars awesome. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a vehicle. He will treat you right.
